For urgent maintenance requests or concerns from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays or 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. weekends, you may call the service desk at 515-294-3322, ext. 4. If you’re experiencing an emergency outside of business hours, please contact your RA on duty.

When selecting the pertinent space for your service request, it may be helpful to know door naming conventions. Den and common area doors begin with CY, restroom doors begin with R, and exterior doors begin with CX. You may scroll to browse, or search for door numbers by name.
