House History
Named for Ted Kooser, the U.S. Poet Laureate from 2004-06 and Pulitzer Prize winner. Kooser earned a B.S. at Iowa State. He is the author of 12 collections of poetry. Known for his conversational style of poetry, Kooser won the Pulitzer Prize for Poetry for his book “Delights and Shadows” in 2005.
