A/C = Air-Conditioning
PB = Plus Break = Indicates that the building remains open during Winter Break. All other buildings close.
Super Single = A double room/suite occupied by only one resident.
Residence Hall Rates
All Buchanan Hall, Richardson Court, Union Drive and Wallace Hall rates listed are per student, per academic year. Billing is done on a semesterly basis through the U-Bill. Residents are also assessed mandatory hall and IRHA dues which contribute to programming and upkeep of house-owned equipment. Please review the Terms and Conditions for specific dues information.
If a rate is not listed for a specific type of room, it is because that option does not exist in that building.

Frederiksen Court Apartment Rates
All Frederiksen Court Apartment rates listed are per student, per academic year and include ALL utilities including high-speed internet and cable. Billing is done on a semesterly basis through the U-Bill.
The majority of Frederiksen Court apartments are occupied by four residents in either two or four bedrooms. The 10 Super Single apartments are two bedroom apartments occupied by two residents.
- A 2 Bedroom Private apartment is a two bedroom apartment with two only residents and only one set of bedroom furniture in each bedroom.
- A 2 Bedroom Super Single is a 2 Bedroom Shared apartment that two residents have been given permission to keep as private. In this case, there are two sets of bedroom furniture in each bedroom (which the DOR will not remove). Super Singles are available only as space permits.

Schilletter and University Villages Apartment Rates
All SUV Apartments rates listed are per apartment and include all utilities except phone, gas and electricity. Billing is done on a monthly basis through the U-Bill.
In UV one bedroom or two bedroom private units, one occupant pays the entire rent. In UV two bedroom, shared units, two occupants each pay one half of the rent.
