The Department of Residence provides on-campus housing options designed especially for upper-division students who are at least 19 years old or in their second year. Plus, in most neighborhoods, all of your utilities are included in your room and board so there are no hassles with monthly bills or deposits. These residence halls and apartment communities will provide you with the same on-campus benefits and conveniences as the traditional residence hall neighborhoods (Richardson Court and Union Drive) while giving you more independence and privacy.
Studying Abroad? Graduating Early? - All on-campus housing contracts are academically friendly, giving you the flexibility to move out without penalty if you graduate, intern, study abroad, student teach, or leave the university.
