Richardson Court
Richardson Court is located on the east side of campus near the Lied Recreation Center and the Iowa State Center. Halls in Richardson Court include:

- Elm Hall
- Freeman Hall
- Larch Hall
- Linden Hall
- Lyon Hall
- Maple Hall
- Oak Hall
- Roberts Hall
- Welch Hall
- Willow Hall
Richardson Court is available to all new freshmen and transfers 18 and younger and all continuing undergraduate students.
Meal plans are required for all students living in Richardson Court and residents are encouraged to "Head East" for meals in their conveniently located, neighborhood eateries, the Maple-Willow-Larch and Oak-Elm Dining Centers.
