Conferences
The Department of Residence at Iowa State University annually hosts a variety of conferences to meet the needs of individuals of all ages. From mid-May through the first week in August, we offer several housing and dining options for conference sponsors and participants. The ISU Department of Residence offers:
- rooms that can accommodate 7,000 participants
- 1,500 air-conditioned rooms
- several dining centers, conveniently located throughout the residence halls
- caterings, picnics, barbecues
- meetings rooms that can accommodate between 15-200 people
- MAC and IBM-compatible computer labs
- free parking
- on-campus location
- within walking distance of Iowa State Center and recreation facilities
Groups who use the facilities have found the rates to be affordable and the food offerings to be some of the finest in the country.
