Hall Desks and Community Centers

The DOR provides customer service and support to all of its residents in a number of ways. Hall Desks and Apartment Community Offices serve all of our residential communities, providing a variety of services, as well as serving as a hub for information for the university.

Each hall desk and apartment community office provides slightly different services, which may include mail and package pick-up, equipment (DVDs, games, sporting equipment, etc.) checkout, and temporary key checkouts. In addition, our hall desks and apartment community offices serve as collection and distribution points for various philanthropic events throughout the year, benefiting the ISU community and beyond.
