Frederiksen Court is a great community and a popular living option for Iowa State students. We think you'll love it here. Living at Frederiksen or “Freddy” as it has become known, offers the best of both worlds: the freedom of independent apartment living and the convenience of living on campus. This apartment community also offers resources to support your personal and academic needs. All this is just a five minute walk from central campus!

Frederiksen Court offers advantages designed to save you money. These advantages are hard to find anywhere else!

You won't have money tied up in deposits. The prepayment at Frederiksen Court is applied to your rent, so you don't have to worry about scraping up extra money for a deposit.

You won't have to visit the laundromat. Frederiksen Court apartments include a washer and dryer, so laundry day isn't a pain. And, you won't have to save your quarters for laundry anymore.
