STUDENT SATISFACTION

It is important for Department of Residence staff to understand how students perceive our facilities, services, and staff. We also seek insights into students' perception of their stay in the Department of Residence. To do this, we have teamed with Skyfactor formerly known as Educational Benchmarking, Inc. (EBI)  to collect more information and to develop a fairly comprehensive picture of student satisfaction with our facilities and programs. The Apartment and Resident Assessments are conducted every other year. The Mapworks Transition Survey, focused on new freshmen, is conducted every year.
