Why go through the hassle of subleasing off-campus? Once you factor in travel time, safety, cable, internet, and utilities, living on-campus for the summer is less expensive than most off-campus accommodations. Plus, it's all conveniently billed to your U-bill.
All summer housing locations are within walking distance of classrooms, libraries, swimming pools and recreational facilities. Living on-campus for the summer has other advantages as well. All locations:
- Are air-conditioned
- Are furnished (excluding most SUV)
- Have convenient laundry facilities - some within unit
- Are billed directly to your U-bill - no monthly bills or deposits
- Include all utilities (except gas and electric in SUV)
- Are near restaurant-quality ISU Dining options
- Are located on CyRide routes for easy transportation to classes and activities
