Check-In Locations
For all sessions, check-in locations are the Buchanan Hall desk for Buchanan assignments, the Frederiksen Court office for Frederiksen assignments and the SUV Community Center office for SUV assignments.
Continuing Resident Check-In
Use the chart below to determine your check-in date and time. You must check-in on the date indicated. Failure to do so may result in administrative charges.
- Residents moving out of the residence halls must check-out of their spring assignments the same day they check in to their summer assignment. Please contact your Hall Director in advance to schedule a check-out time.
- Continuing residents from Frederiksen Court or SUV must contact their respective community offices by April 18 to develop a personalized moving plan.
- * Residents moving into SUV on Sunday, May 8 must call the staff member on duty when they arrive at the SUV Community Center. The number to call will be posted on the Community Center door.
These dates are tentative and will not be finalized until April 20, 2012.

Check-Out
Summer 2012 residents without 2012-13 Housing Contract must check-out at the end of the summer sessions(s) for which they have contracted. Summer residents who live on-campus for fall 2012 will be permitted to stay in their summer assignment until their fall assignment is ready. This move over is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, August 4. More information will be provided as that date approaches.
