Continuing Student Contracts and Assignments

Renew your contract by using the on-line contracting and assignment selection process, held during the spring semester, which allows students to select their own assignment for the coming year.

Renewing your contract is an active process with many choices and options. Do you want to continue in the residence halls; are you ready to make the move to Upper-Division housing? Do you want a suite, an apartment or a super-single? Does your entire house community want to move somewhere together? The best thing about Renewing your contract is that you decide what's most important to you!

Beginning December 7, returning students begin signing contracts for 2010-2011

It's as easy as 1... 2... 3...

  1. Submit your 2010-2011 on-campus contract.
    • The 2010-2011 Housing and Dining Contract will be available on-line beginning December 7 on AccessPlus.
    • To guarantee yourself your current room/appartment, you MUST complete a contract by 10:00 pm on the following dates:
      • January 29 = Frederiksen Court (FC), Buchanan Hall, and Wallace & Wilson Hall residents
      • January 29 = Schilletter and University Village (SUV) residents
      • February 11 = Richardson Court and Union Drive residents
    • If you want to move into an upper-division neighborhood, submit your contract by January 29.
  2. Explore your options.
    • Read through all of the Where Do You Want To Live options listed below
    • Tour upper-division open houses in January (Dates of open houses to be announced.)
    • Watch for e-mail, bulletin boards, and newsletters
    • Attend your house meeting to find out more information. (residence halls only)
  3. Select your 2010-2011 assignment using AccessPlus.
    • Choose from one of the below Selection Options for more information on selecting the assignment of your choice.
    • Make sure you are selecting your housing assignment for 2010-2011 and not the current semester.
    • Confirm your assignment by logging back into Access Plus-Campus Housing to make sure your assignment is correct.
