What I like best about working at at ISU: I'm an East Coast native and friends and family often ask me, "Why Iowa State?" At ISU I have found a place where my personal talents are appreciated and I can contribute, both individually and as part of a team, to the success of the University, my department, and our students. I like that I get to be part of a department where I feel like I matter and make a difference. The opportunities I have had here - and continue to have - have allowed me to grow professionally in ways I had not even considered. I enjoy my job, the colleagues I work with, and the students I serve. After almost 20 years in the profession, I am still motivated by the potential that each day brings to have a positive impact in the lives of our residents.
